Are dogs allowed on site?
Well behaved, friendly dogs on short leads are welcome, please make sure you bring poo bags to clean up behind them.

Yes, we have lots. Inside, outside, Accessible and baby changing all available on site.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
This event is indoors, outdoors and in various marquees.
I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
Sorry to hear you are unable to join us, unfortunately all tickets are non-refundable.
Can I pay by card onsite?
Most traders, food stalls and attractions will accept card payments, but we recommend bringing cash as signal can be intermittent.
I can't find my tickets, can I get them resent?
If you can’t locate your tickets on email, check you spam/junk folder. If still no joy, please contact our ticket support team by email support@musthavetickets.co.uk
Will the weather affect the event?
The event will go ahead come rain or shine. We have plenty of undercover spaces to stay nice and dry. Remember to pack a rain mac and appropriate footwear, the ground underfoot is various terrains, including grass, gravel, and tarmac.
Will tickets be available on the gate?
We highly recommend pre-booking your tickets online to guarantee entry.
Can we stay over onsite?
There is strictly no onsite camping allowed, venue must be vacated at time of closing.
